The 6 Mile Bike Ride
Brian and I went for a bike ride after work on Friday, with the new (used) bikes he bought us! I had gone last year with my friend to a real nice bike trail called "three creeks". It's so beautiful and natural there! you can do a 10.5 mile bike ride that loops around, a 5 mile one, or smaller one. It takes you through the wilderness and little hills and bridges, with pretty ponds! I loved it! we went on the 10 mile ride but did 6 Miles, which is actually pretty good! We rode for an hour. It was soooo nice to get out together and enjoy the outdoors and get GREAT excersize. We're gonna try and do this once a week and next time we'll bring a sandwich and doritos!

It's exercise great? Jeff and I are going to visit our local YMCA this week and most likely sign up for a family membership because we need to exercise regularly again! We used to play racquetball every week before we were married because my apartment had courts. We really miss being active and have been trying to take walks after dinner to at least stretch our legs a bit.
