Amazing Taco Soup!

Wow...I mean, WOW! This is really really good stuff. It's like chilli, cause its thick, but it's soup. You throw it in the crockpot at the begining of the day and POW! BAM! SHAMMAN! you have a delicious meal. The secret behind the delicious taste is the packet of taco seasons! Well here's a picture and the recipe for all you who would like to make a great dish! The Best part is is that its healthy for you as well.

Crockpot Taco Soup

  • Ingredients: 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can chilli beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can or frozen pkg. whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 8oz can tomato sause
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes w/chilies, undrained
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3 large chicken breasts

Place onion, chilli beans, black beans, corn, tomatoes & tomato sause in slow cooker. Add taco seasoning, stir. Lay chicken beast on top of mixture, press down until covered. Cook on low for 5 hours. Remove chicken breast, cool & shred. Stir back in crockpot. Cook another 2 hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and tacos, if desired.

See this picture!? This is how much my husband loved it! he has a stain on his shirt!
